When we reply
We aim to reply within one business day. Telegram is usually the quickest route. VIP members get priority support. Messages sent at the weekend or outside UK working hours may take a little longer.
What to include
- Membership or payment: the email address you paid with and the package you chose.
- A published trade: the market, the date and the time of the signal.
- An error on the site: the page address and what looks wrong. We check every report against our editorial policy and correct the page where needed.
- Your personal data: what you would like to see, change or delete. Our privacy policy explains your rights.
Support can help with the service, your access and how a signal was managed. It cannot give personal investment advice.
How to check it is really us
Forexuro will never ask for your broker password, access to your trading account or a payment to a personal account. We have no WhatsApp group, no app and no phone line. If someone contacts you claiming to be Forexuro, check the official channels list before you reply, and compare the Telegram handle letter by letter.
