Clock change: the UK and the US change their clocks on different dates, so for part of this period London is only four hours ahead of New York. US data at 8:30am New York time then lands at 12:30 UK time instead of 13:30, and the FOMC statement at 18:00 UK time instead of 19:00. The times in the table already allow for this.

Central bank decision dates to March 2027

Every scheduled rate decision for the eight major currencies from the banks' own calendars, in UK time. For the current rates and what each bank is doing, see central banks and interest rates.

How we rate impact and which pairs to watch

High marks the releases that most often move the currency by more than its usual range on the day: central bank decisions, inflation, jobs and, for the US, GDP, PCE and retail sales. Medium marks releases that matter but tend to move the market less, such as later GDP estimates and UK retail sales. The rating is our editorial judgement, not a forecast of what will happen.

The pairs column lists the most liquid pairs for that currency on Forexuro. US releases also list XAU/USD, because gold is priced in dollars and reacts to US interest rate expectations. Read the economic events guide for how a release moves prices, and market sessions and the economic calendar for planning trades around the sessions. For live session times, use the market sessions clock.

We do not publish consensus forecasts, because they are licensed data. When a figure is released, the event page shows it in its release history table with the previous value.
